I had a great experience with Crosstown Apartments, worked with Brett and William and found my perfect Manhattan apartment! I had quite a long list of 'must haves' for my studio apartment (including exposed brick, and a kitchen I couldn't see from bed!) and they found the apartment in less than a week. The whole process ran smoothly and they were super flexible and fit with my schedule. I would definitely recommend the team at Crosstown, they went above and beyond!

Hossein is amazing! When we didn't want to apply to an apartment we loved with another broker, Hossein stepped in and got our paperwork together and submitted our application in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately that apartment did not work out, but Hossein kept looking and found us the perfect apartment in a week (and finding a 3 bedroom apartment, with a living room in downtown Manhattan on a post-grad budget is a near impossible task). Now we have a great apartment all thanks to Hossein and I wouLd recommend him and the Crosstown team to anyone 🙂
